Human Synergistics International Announces its Newest Venture

Dear Clients and Consulting Associates,

I am pleased to inform you that Human Synergistics International (HSI) has formed a new company, Human Synergistics InterConnext Ltd, to service clients in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Human Synergistics InterConnext Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HSI, which has four offices in the United States and British Isles and twelve affiliate offices internationally.

We are launching Human Synergistics InterConnext Ltd (HSIL) as part of our continuing commitment to offer you superior service and the highest quality materials for individual, leadership, team, and organizational development.

HSI’s mission and goals continue to revolve around Changing the World—One Organization at a Time®. We plan to intensify our global research and development efforts on existing materials to provide you with more knowledge to support their use in individual and organizational change and development initiatives. Similarly, we will continue to create and validate new simulations and surveys and to streamline our web-based systems for data collection and feedback.

HSIL will honor and update accreditations previously earned by consultants and organization development specialists in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Additionally, we will introduce new and expanded programs to accredit consultants in the use of our Circumplex-based diagnostics for enhancing the effectiveness of organizations and their members.
As the author of the Organizational Culture Inventory®, Leadership/Impact®, and many other Human Synergistics products, I am pleased that we have been able to put together a strong and dedicated team to represent us and service you. Our team includes Helen Corlett (Managing Director of HS/UK) and two German speaking colleagues, John Van Etten (Research & Organizational Development Specialist) and Katharina Stewart (Project Manager). The HSIL team looks forward to working with both our long-standing clients as well as those new to Human Synergistics’ products and services.
